I am a self-taught Canadian artist living in my hometown of Ottawa, Ontario. I love to experiment with various mediums but have discovered a love and passion for colored pencils. As early as I can recall, art has always played a significant role in my life. Whether that be through paint, pastel, colored pencils etc. I have often found myself seeking comfort through creative expression. 

 

Being an animal and nature lover, I sincerely enjoy drawing wildlife of all shapes and sizes and I am particularly drawn to horses. I am inspired by nature and it’s secrets. I love to capture the essence of the animals I draw. I believe that the eyes of animals are truly an open window to the secret garden of their souls, as only they can unveil their true emotions and feelings.

 

I love taking nature walks in the early mornings. It is at this time of the day, that Mother Nature lifts her veil and allows you a peek into her magical world.
